Thank you to those of you who responded so quickly to our brief survey about the possibility of hosting the conference at a later date. After reviewing your feedback about both the uncertainty we still face and the desire to still have an opportunity to connect and learn, we have decided to hold the conference in a virtual format in the coming months. We obviously have a lot of details to iron out, but we will continue to provide updates once we have more concrete details.
Two RP Conference sessions — the Chancellor’s Office Update and the RP Group and IRPE Community Meeting — will both be held virtually the week of April 13 (the original conference week). Date, time, and login details will be shared shortly.

The RP Group leadership collectively recognizes that the current level of uncertainty and risk surrounding COVID-19 makes it essential for us to err on the side of safety and prioritize your health and well-being. Furthermore, we are aware that a number of colleges have temporarily suspended employee travel. In light of this situation, we have decided to cancel the RP Conference (April 15-17) and will likely reschedule it for a date later this year.
We will follow up with registered attendees by the end of next week with additional information. In the meantime, if you are a registered attendee, we would ask that you hold off on canceling your conference registration until we share the details about the rescheduled conference, if possible. At that time, you may simply elect to transfer your registration. We appreciate your patience as we work through this complicated situation.

Overview
This annual conference is the largest gathering of institutional researchers and planners in the California Community College system.
Each year, the RP Conference convenes institutional researchers and planners in community colleges across California to exchange local approaches to common issues, learn about the latest developments in the field, and strengthen relationships within our community. It is a hands-on conference of your peers and by your peers, expanding your research and planning toolkit to help you support your institution's capacity for evidence-based decision-making and inquiry.
